Application Process

The onboarding process at Global Citizens Asia is carefully designed step by step to ensure that agents and clients are fully informed, supported and prepared for the immigration and business development process. Here is a description of the process:

Initial Consultation & Needs Assessment

For Clients: We start by conducting an in-depth consultation to understand the client’s goals, circumstances, financial situation and immigration needs. This helps us identify the most suitable immigration and investment programs for them, such as the Start-up Visa, franchising opportunities, or business pathways such as the C11 program. For non-English speaking clients, we provide language support and customized solutions.

Program Recommendation & Customized Strategy

After assessing the client’s profile, we recommend the program that best suits their specific needs. This could include starting a business, buying a franchise, or starting a business in Canada. We explain each option in detail, including the financial requirements, timelines, and steps required.

Document Preparation & Legal

Our legal team works with clients to gather all the necessary documents for their chosen immigration program. This includes a business plan, financial records, proof of funds, and personal documents. For clients who want to start a business or start a business, we help them draft a business plan or professional model that meets the criteria of the Canadian immigration program.

Application & Support

Our legal team, one of the most experienced in Canada, will handle the immigration application, ensuring that everything is complete to avoid delays or rejections. We provide ongoing support throughout the process, keeping clients informed of the status of their application, any additional requirements, and expected timelines.

Pre-arrival Planning & Settlement Services

For clients, we provide a range of pre-arrival services to help make the transition as smooth as possible, including assistance with accommodation, setting up a business, enrolling children in school, and networking within the Canadian business community.

Post-arrival Support

Once clients arrive in Canada, we continue to provide support, helping them integrate into the community, complete business registration, and even hire local staff if needed. We also provide ongoing legal support, ensuring they comply with Canadian law and assisting them with the settlement of their families.

Client Follow-Up & Ongoing Support

We maintain regular contact with our clients after they arrive to ensure that their business or employment is running smoothly. For those establishing a franchise or starting a business, we provide advice and resources to help them succeed. For our agents, we provide feedback and performance reviews to help them improve their approach, enhance their service, and strengthen their partnership with Global Citizens Asia.
