BUDGET

To qualify for residency in Greece under the investment program, the applicant must invest in real estate anywhere in Greece, whether in a major city or on a small island.
  • REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN GREECE.

    Investors will be granted a residency permit valid for 5 years. They can invest in one or more properties with a total value of €250,000. This permit can be renewed every 5 years, provided that the applicant still owns the property.

    To qualify, the investor must rent the property for at least 10 years or invest in a hotel or tourist facility registered with the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).

    The procedures for purchasing the property must be completed before submitting the residency application.

    Minimum Investment: EUR 250,000 (plus VAT from 16% – 23%)

    Government Fees:

    In addition to purchasing the property, the applicant must pay the government fees and registration fees.
