START-UP VISA PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Start-up Visa program in Canada is a great opportunity for Vietnamese entrepreneurs who want to start and grow their business in a highly supportive and innovative environment. This program attracts talented entrepreneurs, contributes to the Canadian economy and creates jobs for local people.

To qualify, applicants must have a promising business plan, endorsed by a designated organization in Canada (venture capital fund, angel investor group, or business incubator). Applicants must also meet language and education requirements and have sufficient financial resources to support themselves and their families. Once approved, applicants will receive a work permit and can apply for permanent residence after establishing a business in Canada.

TakingCare's main goal

TakingCare’s primary goal is to reduce caregiver stress, improve coordination and communication in healthcare tasks, and ultimately reduce the risks associated with inadequate management of healthcare responsibilities for older adults and children with disabilities.

Receive a Pre-Approved Letter issued by startup investment companies (2 weeks).
Startup project approved by VC (Venture Capital).

Support letter issued for 5 families (6 months).
Submit Permanent Residency application

Assist you in submitting your Permanent Residency application and handle all necessary documents for your immigration process.
Meet the outstanding operations team

The Global Citizens Asia team will continue to support the operation of your startup throughout the PR application process. You will receive a progress report on the company's development every 6 months.
Monthly meetings between investors will be held at our HCM office.
Evaluate the startup's development

Throughout the company's development, IRCC will continuously evaluate its activities and growth. We will provide ongoing support for project operations until you receive Permanent Residency.
Permanent Residency approval decision

After a minimum of 18 months, IRCC will make a decision, and you and your family will be granted Permanent Residency to begin the settlement process in Canada.
